FAQS

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email, titled "service@paypal" or "Your Tracking Info" that includes the shipping date and USPS tracking number.  You can track your order at USPS.com


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We include USPS Priority Mail with all our orders over $45.  Below that USPS 1st Class.  Free!  Transit times for packages range from 1-3 days for Proirity, 2-6 days for 1st Class, this is a very reliable estimate, but are not guaranteed.  Sorry, no international service.



Q: Are your sunglasses authentic?
A: Yes, all of our glasses are first quality, new, authentic merchandise.  They include the case and whatever else the manufacturer provides (box, warranty info, etc.).  If an item is a Mad Special, it may have been a special purchase and whatever is included is listed in the description.


Q: How do I return an order?
A: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Sunglasses must be packaged as they were received. Glasses not received in new condition and with all the original packaging, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, or may not be accepted. All returns must be shipped via UPS, Fedex or Certified Mail so they can be tracked.Worn or imperfect glasses are not returnable or exchangeable. Glasses returned within the time frame can be exchanged or refunded for the full amount. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless we sent you the wrong glasses or they were defective.  Please send returns to:

 Please include a copy of your purchase confirmation email. If you received a product that has been damaged in shipping, your claim needs to be handled with the shipping company. Email us if you need info to help with the claim.


Q: How about returns from Holiday purchases?
A: We offer an extended return/ exchange period for holiday purchases, until Jan.14th or 30 days from the sale, whichever is later.


Q: What's up with polarized?
A: Polarized sunglasses help reduce the glare from reflected surfaces such as water or metal. They are great for driving and outdoor activities and almost essential for water activities like fishing, boating, etc. With reduced glare, they can therefore see the water more clearly.  Polarized sunglasses are specially made for reducing the harmful effects of glare and eye-damaging light.

Q:  What about sales tax?

A:   We're in California, all orders to CA will have sales tax added.  If sales tax is not required in a shipment to your state, it

      will fall off the total for your order before you confirm the purchase.
